Duvalay are a family run UK business that may have only been established in 2003 but have won 2 bed manufacturer of the year awards in 2017-2019. These awards are a recognition of the wonderful and often innovative products that Duvalay create. The Wooltec products were a game changer that as soon as we saw them, we knew we wanted to have them on display. They have a proper pocket sprung unit with wool and cotton fillings that come vacuum packed rolled up and have been hugely successful. The idea of being able to take a pocket sprung, natural mattress away with the customer has been a huge bonus and selling point. After this success we added a non rolled hand side stitched all natural mattress that customers also love. This ultimate edge support is a trait of Duvalay products whether it is traditional hand side stitching or foam encapsulation. Duvalay remains a smaller family run business but is incredibly active in product development and is able to listen to our requests and wishes.
